Twin Springs Resort

Twin Springs Resort is a rustic, off-grid hot springs resort on the Middle Fork of the Boise River, established in 1898. Reached by a long dirt road northeast of Boise, the resort pairs private cabin hot tubs with a shared sauna in a quiet river canyon with no cell service โ€” a genuine disconnect-and-soak destination.

Three spacious riverfront cabins (about 800 square feet, two bedrooms each) overlook the Middle Fork of the Boise River. Each cabin has its own private, riverside deck with a sulphur-free hot tub, table and chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. The cabins sleep up to three couples, with a full bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen, and linens, towels, soap, and shampoo provided. The Rockhouse is a large rock cabin with two beds in one open room, its own private hot tub and full bathroom, but no kitchen โ€” guests bring a camp stove or cook on the outdoor barbecue. The Gatehouse is a private three-bedroom, two-story cabin that sleeps up to five couples; it has no electricity, with propane-powered lights, refrigerator, and stove, and a well-stocked kitchen. A separate sauna room is available to all registered guests, and the entire property can be rented for weddings, family reunions, and other large gatherings.
